Awful Friday

It's raining

Feels very appropriate though. I babysat last night and had a great time with my friends and their kids. The little one fell asleep with me until dad got home and put her in her crib. The oldest read his new Curious George book with mom. I loved Curious George as a kid so when I saw it at their book fair at daycare, I had to get it for him.

When I left for work this morning, I felt great. When I got to work, I felt awful. It's been an awful week here, short-staffing and all. But it's not just the work, it's everything. I guess sometimes it's not what you do, but what you dont do. I do a lot for some people and not enough for others. I just dont really know why.
