Pic's finally!!!

This was daddy stay at home week. The baby started daycare last week and by friday was already sick. After a trip to the hospital with a temperature over 100 degrees, our little tyke came home and we put him on a liquid diet for the remainder of the weekend. His temperature broke but he still couldn't keep much down due to the mucous from his irritaed sinuses. When he was still vomiting anything we gave him by Monday, I decided to work from home and stay with him until he felt good enough to go back to daycare. He seemed to be doing ok until this morning when his temperature again eclipsed 100 so we took him to his Pediatrician.

I think Childrens Healthcare Hospitals and so forth are great at times but neither I nor his pediatrician were pleased with the one he went to Friday. They gave him a shot, of Motrin so they told Tara, but never indicated that or what was in the shot on the paperwork they sent home with him. It turns out that he has a respiratory infection and an ear infection and thankfully is now on antibiotics and a suspension mix so we hope that he will start feeling better soon. Our pediatrician couldn't believe that the hospital wouldn't list their diagnosis or any medicines they provided on the paperwork. For all we know, they could have just given him a saline shot or something and told us what they thought we wanted to hear to get another patient out the door.

So far, he appears to be feeling better but tonight will be the real test as he has had a rough time with sleep since getting sick. Here are a few pics from this week. Ok I think the pics are above but you get the picture.
