Minute Update
I always think about updating this thing but never get around to doing it. I doubt anyones really checking anyway but here goes. I dont know that I ever mentioned that our company got sold last year. We are now part of a group of companies based out of Portugal. It's pretty cool because for the immediate future at least it's job security. Having been a private company for over 30 years we were always one step away from not making payroll or shutting the doors. Now all we have to worry about is making enough of a profit to keep the new owners happy.
Last month I had to travel to Philly to plan an installation for a customer we have up there. 30th Street Station is a pretty cool place to work in. It reminds me a lot of Grand Central even though I've only been there once that I can remember. The great part of it though was that I got to hang out with a friend that I've known for over 4 years but was meeting for the first time. We ate at a period place and it was pretty cool though I'm not sure the waitstaff in the 1700's had tongue-rings...lol. Julia is awesome company and we had a great time talking about events from the past and gaming and music. I dont even want to know how much the bill was because I know it was huge but in another surprise, she treated me. That was a huge honor knowing what's it like to have those college bills hanging over your head. After dinner we checked out Casa de Slice and played some Wii. She totally kicked my ass on Mario the Lost Levels but I've been practicing so she'll probably kick my ass again next time I see her too. Anyway, I really had an awesome time and can't wait till we can do it again. Which should be soon as I have to go back and complete the installation this month.
Slicey has the pic of the two of us but here are a couple pics I snapped at the restuarant and Casa de Slice.

How cool for the two of you!
Fun, fun, fun! In all your travels, it's amazing that you've never met Slicey.
